Implementation tracker
This is a medium-term framework, not a new grant application guide. Its seven parts connect finance, maritime and aviation, trade, innovation and talent with the Northern Metropolis, regional cooperation, livelihoods, security and public administration. Delivery depends on annual policy, budgets, departmental execution and evaluation. Priorities do not automatically change visa, funding or regulatory eligibility.
Subsequent implementation facts
On publication day, no post-publication implementation document has been verified here. Existing programmes are listed separately, not described as newly created by the plan.
