Editorial interpretation of published eligibility

Companies prepared for a three-year milestone, audit and funding-disclosure framework.
Usually a weak fit
×Idea-only teams without a market-validated MVP.
×Companies unable to maintain founder ownership or minimum full-time staffing requirements.
×Applicants unwilling to accept revamped Stage 2 D-Day and SAFE conditions or seeking unconditional cash.

The main dossier uses current rules. Former names, older arrangements and version changes stay here and are not carried forward automatically.
